Tucked between the Pacific and the rolling inland hills, Paso Robles is where tradition and fresh thinking have always gotten along. Warm days, cool coastal nights, and limestone-rich soil give the wine here its depth, its balance, its character. But Paso is more than a spot on the map. It runs on an independent, hands-on streak, a whole community of growers and makers who still believe in craft, in patience, in doing things the right way even when the shortcut is sitting right there.
