We started Bloom & Barrel because we wanted a glass of wine that didn’t come with regret the next morning. Not a compromise. Not a substitute. A real glass of wine that happened to be better for you in every measurable way.
So we built one. We start with real grapes grown in Paso Robles, California and make real wine using traditional winemaking methods. Then we gently remove the alcohol and infuse each bottle with a precise dose of hemp-derived THC. The result is a wine with 30 calories per glass, no hangover, and a calm social buzz that shows up in about 15 minutes and lets you stay exactly where you want to be.
We didn’t set out to reinvent wine. We just wanted to keep the parts we love and leave behind the parts we don’t.
From Vine to Vibe.
Rooted in Paso Robles. Our wines start in the same vineyards and barrel rooms that produce some of California’s most respected wines. We work with experienced winemakers who treat our product with the same care and craftsmanship as any traditional vintage. This is real winemaking, not flavored water with a label.
Elevated by the Leaf. After traditional winemaking, the alcohol is gently removed and each bottle is infused with a precise dose of hemp-derived, bioavailable THC. At 4mg per glass, it’s a low social dose designed to feel like a glass of wine, not an edible. You control the pace the same way you always have.

In 2026, we entered two of the most respected spirits and wine competitions in the country. We came home with three awards. For a THC-infused, non-alcoholic wine to earn recognition alongside traditional wines says something about what’s in the glass.
