Refund & Return Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Bloom & Barrel Wine (a DBA of The Feral Cat Co.). We take pride in the quality of our beverages and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item(s) at no additional cost or issue a full refund. To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

 

  1. Returns

 

Because our beverages are perishable, we are unable to accept returns once they have left our facility. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right through replacement, refund, or store credit.

 

  1. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

 

  1. Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
