Where to Buy THC Wine: Online, Near You, and What Liquor Stores Actually Carry

If you've typed "where to buy THC wine" into a search bar, you've probably noticed the results don't quite answer the question. You get seltzer listings, a liquor chain's THC page, and a few dispensary menus. None of them is wine.

Here's the straight answer, and then the detail behind it.

The short answer

THC wine is sold almost entirely online, direct from the people who make it. Liquor stores that carry THC products stock seltzers, sodas, and gummies. Dispensaries sell a different kind of cannabis wine that can't be shipped. If you want a real bottle of non-alcoholic THC wine on your table this week, you order it, confirm you're 21 or older, and it ships to your door.

Bloom & Barrel ships direct from this site. We're not on liquor store shelves.

Buying THC wine online: how it works

Ordering a bottle of THC wine works like ordering any other bottle, with two extra checks.

  1. Pick your wine. We make two: a Paso Red and a Chardonnay, both made from grapes grown in Paso Robles, California, both non-alcoholic, both 4mg of hemp-derived THC per 5-ounce glass. They come in 750ml and 375ml bottles, and in bundles if you'd rather not choose.
  2. Confirm you're 21 or older. Age verification happens at checkout. It takes a moment and it's required by law.
  3. Enter a shipping address in a state we deliver to. Checkout checks the address against our delivery map. If your state isn't open yet, you'll see that before you pay, and you can leave your email to hear when it changes.
  4. Wait for the box. Orders over $100 ship free.

That's it. No membership, no medical card, no dispensary visit.

Where we deliver right now

Hemp-derived THC beverages are legal federally and regulated state by state, so we ship only where it's permitted. As of October 2026, we deliver to these 14 states:

  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Illinois
  • Kansas
  • Nebraska
  • New Jersey
  • North Carolina
  • Oklahoma
  • Pennsylvania
  • Tennessee
  • Texas
  • West Virginia
  • Wisconsin
  • Wyoming

The list moves as state rules change, and it has been moving in our favor. The delivery map is always current, so check it before you order if your state isn't listed here. States marked "Coming soon" on the map are ones we hope to serve. They're not a promise or a timeline.

THC wine in Texas

Texas is one of our busiest states, and it's also where the "near me" search comes closest to working. Spec's, the largest liquor retailer in the state, has carried hemp-derived THC seltzers since 2024, and Total Wine stocks THC beverages at its Texas stores. If you're looking for THC drinks in Texas, you'll find cans on shelves in most cities.

You won't find THC wine next to them. For that, we ship to every address in Texas, 21 and older, and orders over $100 ship free. We wrote a plain guide to whether delta 9 wine is legal if you want the detail on how Texas and other states treat hemp-derived THC.

Does Total Wine sell THC drinks?

In states that allow hemp-derived THC beverages, yes. Total Wine has built a THC section at a growing number of its stores, and Spec's in Texas has done the same. Both are seltzer-first: cans, sodas, and gummies from the big hemp beverage brands.

That's good news for the category. It also means that if you walk in asking for THC wine, you'll likely walk out with a seltzer. If you do spot a THC wine on a shelf anywhere, check the label the same way you would online: real wine from a named region, THC per serving and per bottle, non-alcoholic, and a lab report you can find. Our guide to non-alcoholic THC wine covers what to look for.

What about dispensaries?

Dispensaries in adult-use states sell cannabis wine too, and it's a different product. It's made with THC from marijuana rather than hemp, it's sold only inside a licensed dispensary in that state, and it can't be shipped across state lines. The dose per bottle also tends to run higher than what we make.

If you live near a dispensary and want to try that version, go for it. If you want a bottle delivered, hemp-derived THC wine is the one that ships. We break down every kind of cannabis wine, and what's actually in each, in a separate guide.

Why "THC wine near me" rarely works

Search for THC wine near me and you'll get the liquor chains' THC pages (which are seltzers), dispensary menus (which can't ship), and a map of places that don't carry wine. The category is young and the bottles are heavy, so the people making THC wine sell it direct.

That's a feature.

Ordering direct means the bottle comes from the winery that made it, you can read the lab report before you buy, and you know exactly what dose is in your glass.

What to check before you buy from anyone

The category is growing fast and the quality range is wide. Before you order THC wine from any site, look for four things: real wine from a named region, a Certificate of Analysis for the batch, a clear non-alcoholic label, and shipping that follows state law. We go through each one in our guide to choosing a non-alcoholic THC wine.

For ours: both wines won awards in 2026 from judges who tasted them as wine, every batch is tested by an independent lab, and the lab results are posted.

Order before December 11

Through December 11, 2026

A federal rule scheduled to take effect on December 11, 2026 changes how hemp-derived THC beverages are regulated, and it could affect nearly every THC drink on the market, ours included. We're working to keep it on the table, and you can help in about two minutes.

Through December 11, 2026, anyone who contacts their representatives through our Keep It on the Table page gets 30% off sitewide. If you've been meaning to try THC wine, this is the time.
